All sales are final. Verdiq does not offer refunds on one-time payments, partial periods, or unused portions of an access window.
Every new account automatically receives a 3-day free trial with all Pro features unlocked — no credit card required. We encourage you to use the trial to fully evaluate the product before purchasing.
Verdiq sells one-time access windows (30 or 90 days), not subscriptions. Access is granted instantly the moment payment is processed and cannot be "returned". Because you had the opportunity to trial the full product before paying, we are unable to issue refunds once a charge has been made.
Verdiq does not use subscriptions or auto-renewals. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed access window. Your access simply expires at the end of the period — you will never be charged again unless you choose to purchase again.
We evaluate billing errors or duplicate charges on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.
After the 3-day trial, free accounts retain 3 scans per day with intelligence scores and verdict. No credit card is ever required for the free tier.
